Back to something like normal

Well, the last few weeks have been a little scary. The Sunday before last Heidi took eleven day old baby Olivia to the ER at Columbia Memorial with a fever. It was too foggy to airlift so she was rushed by ambulance to Portland. She spend two weeks in the hospital with bacterial meningitis. Things were very scary, but they are getting better. She is out of the hospital. Things aren't perfect, but they will continue to get better.
In regards to the house; the deck is on and looks pretty cool. Len finished the heating system this evening. Stapling all of the aluminum to the pipes took forever!

My New Home

This is going to be my new home. It is jetted AND heated! I am so excited. Once this is installed I plan to get in and stay in. I will eat here, sleep here, read here, talk on the phone here.

Welcome Batman Baby Sister!

Olivia Anne Clarke was born this evening at 5:36 PM. She weighs 7 lbs and is 21 inches long. She looks just like her big brother and makes the same cute little mewing noises.
Just as a side note, I had a dream last night that Heidi had the baby. I must have ESPN or something.

Let there be Light!

We put light bulbs in all the outlets. It is great. There is so much light. We actually ran out of bulbs. There were 25 upstairs alone.
Hopefully we will get an electrical inspection soon. Then it will be on to the heating system.
