Whoo, hoo! Garage Door! That is super exciting. Congratulations. Does Hallmark make a "congratulations on your new garage door" card?
The garage door is awesome but I went out to your place today to run the last phone line and I couldn't get in LOL!!

Yes I do, but it was one of those deals where I had about 10 minutes of free time on my way to somewhere else and I thought I could kill 2 birds with one stone. No big deal though, it will get done eventually LOL.
